A HR Manager is required to join a specialist Personal Injury Law Firm in the Manchester area.
The Firm is national claimant Personal Injury Solicitors, with its head office based in Manchester. They currently employ approximately 90 staff and have ambitious plans of further growth over the next 12 months.
As the HR Manager you will report to and work alongside the Managing Partners driving the business forward and achieving business objectives. You will be responsible for; Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, Policies and Procedures, Staff Management and Generalist HR duties.
Ideally you will have experience in working as a HR Manager within a Law Firm; however candidates with experience in other professional areas are invited to apply. A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential. You should be a flexible worker that has experience in managing a team. You should have strong prioriotisation skills, work well under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.
The salary for this position is negotiable depending on experience.
