Digital Sales Executive
Your role as Digital Sales Executive is to generate sales and revenue for the UK office, selling cross platform digital advertising solutions to a range of clients from SMEs to large corporations - The solutions and service this agency offer will benefit businesses of all sizes!
Your main responsibilities will be:
Generating leads of potential new business from a number of different avenues
Cold calling companies to establish contacts and sell the agencies services
Grow a client territory of your own through business development
Hit your weekly and monthly revenue targets
Meet with clients face to face to present and pitch the platforms
The role will also entail an element of account management where you will be in charge of managing a client throughout the process, ensuring invoices are paid and that clients are satisfied with the service. The Digital Sales Executive is expected to generate bookings which will result in future re-bookings wherever possible, as well as have a constant look-out for new business from known or unknown customers.
Digital Sales Executive - Is this you?
To be successful in this challenging but rewarding sales position you must have a proactive approach to selling, not afraid to pick up the phone and cold call. You must also have a good confidence face to face as this sales position will have you out meeting clients and representing the agency. Tenacious, entrepreneurial and driven are words that would describe the ideal candidate for this role and whilst you don't need direct new media sales experience, a background in B2B sales would be highly advantageous.
You must be an upbeat team player, organised, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure. In return the agency offers fantastic bonuses, a great office environment and the potential to progress quickly in your career.
A strong academic background is preferred as you must be articulate, have gravitas in a room and be able to communicate to an excellent standard. Most importantly you must have a real passion for the digital and new media industry so you can sell convincingly the benefits of cross platform advertising.
