An Inside Sales Executive is sought to join this expanding Software Company in Central London, near Victoria.
The Inside Sales Executive will generate and nurture leads, working hand in hand with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company sales targets.
TITLE: Inside Sales Executive
LOCATION: Central London
SALARY: £24k basic per annum, plus uncapped commission. OTE £34k
The Inside Sales Executive role will include the following responsibilities:
-Qualifying and nurturing inbound leads from the website
-Making appointments for the sales team to generate new business
-Following up marketing campaigns and events to generate new leads
-Cold-calling and engaging with decision makers at a senior level
-Positively and enthusiastically selling the company and its products
-Communicating with customers face to face and by telephone & email
-Updating the CRM system and running reports
-Supporting other members of the team and the management where required
The ideal Inside Sales Executive will possess the following skills and experience:
-Substantial experience in a telemarketing role including lead generation and responding to telephone queries
-A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mail
-Experience of using a CRM system would be advantageous
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-A positive approach to work and a determination to achieve targets
