-Working in a small team of business travel consultants, within a wider office
-Working on a mix of accounts that include a major blue chip account as well as SME
-Taking enquiries over the phone and via email and via online booking tools, about you clients business travel needs
-Offering exceptional customer service, building a rapport and a relationship with your clients
-Working to service level agreements with your accounts, to quote and book both domestic and international business travel including: flights, hotels, car hire, and more as required
-Working on a rota basis between 0800-1830, Monday to Friday
-Using GDS to make reservations
-Attending regular training sessions and educationals
The successful candidates will have previous business travel experience, including airfares on GDS. This should be seen as a new challenge for an experienced candidate, that wants to move to a company they are keen to prove themselves at, and progress with.
Salary will be discussed at interview, but is competitive and comes with some great benefits including: 23 days holidays (rising to 27 with service), company pension with contribution by the company, discounts, educationals.
