We have an unmissable opportunity for an exceptional PA to join a leading communications agency on a maternity contract.
This is a varied and challenging role which will require you to provide day to day secretarial support, including extensive diary management and 360 degree travel support, including flights, accommodation and visa requirements.
Other secretarial responsibilities will include correspondence, minuting of meetings, and production of PowerPoint presentations.
This is a role which will require you to go above and beyond the scope of a traditional PA role, providing support for client account work and arranging networking events.
What we're looking for:
*Experience as a Personal Assistant within the Financial PR sector
*A highly organised individual with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
*Superb written and spoken communication skills
*The ability to build a strong working rapport at every level of an organisation
*A team player who can also work on their own initiative and thrives in a fast paced environment
*Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office suite
