This education based establishment is looking to recruit a Senior Advisor to work closely with the Chief Executive Officer.
The main responsibility for the Senior Adviser is to be a key member of the Senior Academic Advisor team for Custom Programmes. This role plays a major part in the establishment, providing open and tailored programmes to the corporate world that are built on the knowledge and expertise of our network of academics and business practitioners.
Duties will include:
Design and deliver innovative, tailored, custom programmes for major
Needs analysis and diagnostics work with major clients
Management of a portfolio of company specific client programmes
Actively support identification and linking of research opportunities between custom programmes and faculty research
Work to create a team-based approach dedicated to creating effective innovative learning experiences.
Candidates applying will have a Masters degree as a minimum, a PHD is desirable. You will be a senior professional academic with significant experience of working/consulting with commercial clients and evidence of designing and delivering custom programmes to a high quality. Programme direction and teaching experience in line with a senior management/Board development programmes delivery is essential.
