The Organisation
The Green Recruitment Company is representing a well-respected, leading solar development company currently expanding the Asset Management team. The company themselves are involved across wide range of multi-disciplined areas of engineering, working from the conceptual planning phase through project delivery and operation/maintenance.


The responsibilities of the role:
The role of Technical Asset Manager is an integral one to the expanding Solar Asset Management Team, and the role is more contained more in the operational capability of the various Solar PV projects the company is working on. The Technical Asset Manager will be required to work in the maintenance aspect of operations producing monthly reports on the projects and yearly financial budgets for the variety of projects. The operational sphere will also cover account payments, HSE matters both for staff and on-site works before documenting incidents and measures taken.
In a more physical sense the Technical manager will provide supervision to the O&M contractors to ensure regulations and legislation protocol are adhered to, and scheduling O&M tasks for contractors to increase efficiency


Experience and skills;
To be considered for this role the applicant must have excellent experience within the field of renewable energy asset management. The successful candidate with have good communication skills at a verbal, numerical and literal level as cross departmental communication will be required in the day to day operations of the role.
Must be educated to a degree level or equivalent in a relative discipline and/ or experience of having worked in a similar technical capacity
