An award winning UK law firm has a new requirement for a senior employment solicitor to join its Manchester office. The firm have been steadily growing and have exciting and ambitious plans for growth which they are committed to achieving through lateral hires of senior solicitors and are currently looking to extend this with the addition of a senior employment solicitor.
Our client is looking for an outstanding Employment Lawyer with first-rate technical knowledge and a strong commercial acumen to undertake high value, complex respondent employment work for major clients within this immensely successful firm. The successful candidate will be ambitious and determined to contribute to the ambitious growth plans of the firm and the employment department. Our client currently services household names, PLCs, Public Sector organisations, regional and national privately owned businesses carrying out both contentious and non-contentious work for Respondent clients.
Ideally you will have trained with a leading regional, national and or city practice and will already have gained several years' experience developing, motivating and leading an Employment Law team either as a senior associate or existing partner.
The successful candidate will have the full backing of an established Employment department with a friendly and dynamic team. The firm and employment department are focused on driving the firm forward and to contribute to this it is important that you have a following of clients. This role is autonomous and requires a candidate possessing exceptional business development, marketing and networking skills within the North West market.
