Temporary part-time on-site HR & Recruitment Consultant/Administrator, with recruitment experience (preferably in an industrial environment), required to be based on site at a clients premises in Coryton, Essex.
The site is an LPG filling plant which is staffed predominantly with temporary workers - some on a long term basis and some short term. Staffing levels will fluctuate with the demands of the business. You will need to be able to maintain a bank of staff ready to work during busy periods.
The hours of work can be flexible to suit the needs of the applicant as long as the needs of the business are met - across a variety of shifts.
You will be based alone on the client's site but will have support from the head office team and your colleagues working on similar sites.
Once staff have been recruited you will be payrolling them and dealing with timesheets, pay queries, and holiday requests. You will also be responsible for the ordering, managing and issuing of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by the staff.
Knowledge of LPG is not essential as full Health & Safety training/induction will be provided.
Due to the location of the site you will need to have your own transport, parking is available on site as is a subsidised canteen.
