Are you an Excel specialist with superb attention to detail and a background in Accounting or Finance?
Would you like to work for one of the UK's leading retailers, supporting their Buying & Merchandising Finance team on a temporary basis?
As Systems Support for the B&M Finance team, you will use your advanced Excel skills to produce a high volume of reports, simplifying formulae and streamlining complex spreadsheets, as well as facilitating more dynamic reporting and ensuring full functionality.
You will assist in both developing and maintaining Access databases, identifying requirements and mapping solutions, producing a database which allows the team to consolidate weekly sales and margin forecasts by product category.
You will also be responsible for regularly reviewing these files.
What we're looking for:
*Advanced Excel skills e.g. VBA, macros and the ability to simplify formulae
*Advanced Access skills including SQL and macros
*Functional knowledge of Sales & Margin gained within the Retail sector would be ideal
*CIMA qualification would be highly beneficial
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Capable of picking up new systems and processes with ease
*A team player who can also work on their own initiative
