Applicants will need good knowledge of Microsoft products and a minimum of two years working with IT Systems. Provide support for Systems and Applications, resolve issues where possible and escalate where necessary keeping the customer informed of progress at all stages. Take ownership of change requests and incidents to ensure completion in a timely manner. Ensure all support incidents are logged and tickets are closed in an efficient manner. Strong interpersonal, IT and communication skills are required. Knowledge of SQL, Business Applications and IT Systems.
