Successful and respected Court of Protection team requires a Specialist Court of Protection solicitor to join their team. The Court of Protection team deal with the full range of services including deputyships, damages management, trusts, lasting and enduring powers of attorney and Wills. We are able to combine our legal expertise with financial management and planning, investments, tax returns and accounting services.
You will be working within a fast-paced team on a stimulating mix of cases. You will not only be technically excellent but also a good communicator with rounded client service skills.
