Senior Project Manager - Zurich - Investment Bank
As a project manager, you are responsible for the on-time delivery of IT solutions. You work closely with internal customers, development units and central departments. The versatile and demanding task includes the following main tasks:
Leadership and coordination of the project team
Planning, management, control and reporting of the project
Ensure the deliveries within the agreed time, the cost and the capabilities of
Ensuring of the risk and change management
Ensuring communication between the stakeholders
You should have the following skills and experience:
At least 5 - 10 years experience as a project manager for medium to large projects in the financial industry, preferably in a global financial institution
Technical know-how in the areas of client server, J2EE, Oracle, Solaris, and/or COBOL, DB2.
Profound methodological and practical knowledge of project management processes, methods and standards, are important experience with RUP/EUP, PMP certification is an advantage.
Strong leader with enforcement power.
Good communication skills and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational ability, quality-conscious and structured way.

Good interpersonal communication style also in hectic stages

Fluent German and English (in speech and writing)
