FRL Recruitment are currently recruiting for a senior front of house officer (concierge) based in Central London for a presitgeous property company who provide management for 5 star residential properties. You will be required to provide all necessary services to the residents as per the instructions of the Estate Manager. You will communicate efficiently with all other members of staff, the residents, guests and onsite contractors. The role will be predominately based at the reception desk where you will be responsible for welcoming residents and guests to the property and ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of the reception area. While manning the main reception desk, you will be required to carry out a variety of administration and office tasks and to assist the Estate Manager where necessary. You will be required to carry out a minimum of two inspections of the common areas, where you will be required to check communal lighting and clear any refuse. You will also be required to perform all necessary porter duties, receive and distribute mail, answer the telephone and deal with general enquiries, log and report any incidence of disrepair as well as report and monitor Health & Safety issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in a front of office role including involvement in facilities management. You will have good IT and PA skills with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service as well as the ability to work under pressure. SIA training would be beneficial but is not requirement and would be provided.
Hours will be on a weekly rotating shift basis working either 7am to 4pm or 12pm to 9pm plus some weekend work. The successful candidate MUST have a proven track record of working in a 5 star service industry such as a 5 star hotel. Applicants who do not come from this background will not be considered.
