Previous administrative experience is essential with a strong MS Office and Mac platform knowledge.

The applicant should be confident in implementing and maintaining working systems for the running of administrative and sales operations of the company.  With excellent organisational and communication skills, the applicant will be comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines. 
Good knowledge of London and possession of a clean driving license would be a bonus.

Duties include:

General Administration:
•    Management of client accounts, contracts and confidentiality agreements
•    Management of all insurance
•    Filing and logging of receipts and invoices for bookkeeping
•    Produce and mail-out job sheets and call sheets for projects
•    Produce project financial reviews
•    Management and maintenance of live project balance sheets
•    Management of supplier accounts
•    Administration of all invoicing and billing
•    Maintenance of calendars and contact database
•    Recruitment
•    Managing CV’s, updating freelancer information and responding to enquiries
•    Setting up interviews
•    Management of product orders and hires
•    Producing quotations
•    Maintenance product hire stock database
•    Organising deliveries and logistics for the production team

Office Duties.
•    Management of phone lines and filtering of phone enquiries
•    Management of petit cash
•    General office tasks and errands

Assistance to Project Manager:
•     Researching and purchasing of resources
•     Scheduling and booking staff
