You will be a confident and competent self standing commercial legal advisor who will be expected to provide legal advice, guidance and support to ensure that the Group's exposure to legal risk through its engagement with third parties for the contracting for goods and services is managed
You will help deliver a professional contracts negotiation drafting and advice service in respect of contracts with third party suppliers of goods and services.
Working alongside procurement, the business is experiencing a significant and exciting period of change and evolution. Experience of IT related contracts would prove extremely useful, however those with general exposure to supplier terms procurement or general agreements will be considered . Your approach, attitude and pro-activity is essential.
