CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR - (STOCKBROKER) - LONDON / CITY

Authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority our client is a specialist stockbroker who provides investment advice to a rapidly growing base of Retail Customers. Due to ongoing expansion they are now seeking a customer service minded administrator to join the team.
As their Customer Service Administrator your key duties will be centred on providing general customer support via phone, email and live instant messaging as well as processing paperwork and handling incoming new business enquiries. In more detail you will:
- Respond to queries of all descriptions (email, telephone etc) within 24 hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and external clients.
- Handle new business enquiries.
To qualify... We are seeking a bright, organised, enthusiastic person with prior experience gained in a customer service role (preferably within trading). Word, Excel and strong communication skills are also essential.
Any experience of equity trading, AML requirements, complaint handling, basic settlements functions and Corporate Actions is preferred.
