This London based educational charity is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant, to ensure the success of the organisation's work and particularly that of the Academies Chief Officer Chief Executive. Please note this position will require extensive travel.
The role of the Executive Assistant will be to provide high quality support together with managing competing priorities and ensure efficiency and effectiveness. The Executive Assistant will also assist the Academies Chief Officer in monitoring academy performance and progress.
Duties will include:
To prepare documents and presentations
To attend appropriate meetings
To coordinate meetings, producing agendas / minutes as required
To ensure good communication between Trustees, Corporation and other Executive Officers
To ensure efficient diary management for the Academies Chief Officer
To manage the travel and accommodation needs of the Academies Chief Officer
To support public relations and marketing activities
To assist the Academies Chief Officer in developing and implementing strategy
Candidates applying will be educated to degree level or have the relevant experience. You will have a substantial range of experience in business administration together with experience of executive support and diary management. Experience of producing initial drafts of documents and presentations is required and a high level literacy and numeracy skills. Experience in working within an educational environment or establishment is essential. Please note this position will require extensive travel.
