Global Investment Management company has an excellent opportunity for a Economist.
Job Purpose
Provide Economic analysis to Investment Fund Managers, Wealth manager’s and Trading and Sales department.
Specific Duties
Support internal and external clients about macro risks and dynamics with regards in various funds and products
Provide a large range of products to the fund managers from reports
Lead a monthly meeting and give recommendations on each sector in order to implement the sector allocation
Present the economic scenario and the asset allocation to clients
Develop models and analytical tools for forecasting
Experience Required
Applicants must have a Masters or Honour’s degree in Economics or Economic History or Macro Economic’s
Applicants must have at least 2 years experience working as an Economist with buy side experience
Must have strong presentation and communication skills
The basic salary is negotiable £50-85k region + Bonus and Benefits
