Senior Risk & Control Consultant - Zurich - Insurance
In this senior role within the Risk and Control team, responsible for the internal control framework you will drive global internal controls implementation projects. Therefore you will act as a subject matter expert for internal controls methodologies, best practices and emerging trends. You will lead working groups, initiatives and drive the integration and alignment of group risk management systems and methodologies. Further you will develop roll-out plans and oversee the implementation. You will contribute to the development of training programs, identification of potential areas for improvements and to the appropriate communication and instruction to the stakeholders. To the Risk and Control network you will provide expert advice and work with leading external subject matter experts understanding and analysing the relevance of emerging practices and evolving regulatory internal control developments.
you should add extensive knowledge and experience of internal controls systems (based on COSO framework). Further essential assets are broad experience in international organizations, preferably financial sector, project management experience and/or practical experience in business analysis, audit or accounting. You will profit from sound experience with the integration of Risk Management methodologies, operational risk and internal controls. English is a must, German or other languages are an advantage. We expect a highly motivated, resilient and mature expert with excellent interpersonal, communication, networking, negotiation and persuasion skills, pronounced analytical capabilities, a clear focus on customer and results and with accurate, pragmatic and efficient working methods.
This position is based in Zurich
