My client is looking for an Assistant Accountant with fluency in at least two of the following: French, German, Dutch or Polish. With previous experience in a similar role you will be responsible for the day to day reconciliation of bank statements, posting invoices, reconciling expense claims, preparing payments and dealing with general supplier and customer queries. This is not a progressive role in the company leading to promotion. Other duties will include accounts payable and receivable, supplier payment processing, period end reporting, purchase order processing and helping to improve and develop the finance systems. You will have hands on experience with accounting systems (preferably SAGE) and an advanced level of Excel using Pivot tables.
