Whether it is booking flights, theatre tickets, boutique hotels or otherwise, this multi-award winning online retailer are considered as the go-to-place on the internet regarding everything related to travel and leisure, helping 1.65 million visitors each week get the best deals and create their perfect getaways.  Based in Woking, Surrey (5 minutes from the main line station) they are ideally located for Southern Home Counties and South London candidates.

Joining as a sales-minded Customer Relations Executive you will provide outstanding service to VIP customers, the media, prize winners and internal customers ensuring executive customer escalations and complaints are dealt with efficiently and with the right level of sensitivity.

In summary, the Sales / Customer Relations Executive will investigate and resolve executive level customer complaints and issues; offer bespoke VIP Sales and after care service for high-value / high profile customers; manage electronic gift vouchers, including issuance and redemption; provide reports on customer issues and input into expert knowledge to ensure the customer experience is as streamlined as possible.

To qualify... We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic and sales minded person with prior experience gained in a customer service role.  As a guideline your CV should highlight:

  • Experience in a customer relations environment.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry.
  • Some prior exposure to a GDS system (e.g. Sabre and/or Amadeus).
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Self motivated, uses initiative - excellent problem solver.
  • Quick to learn.
  • Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude.
  • Experience of working in an office environment and strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word and Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills with the gravitas and personal presence to communicate at a senior level.


Any exposure to call-centre environments, telephony systems and customer retention best practices is advantageous.
