Bilingual Business Development Specialist (Norwegian/English)

Our client, a large, global business with a market-leading position in their field, is currently seeking a Business Development Specialist with fluency in English as well as Norwegian
The successful candidate will be joining newly established shared service centre based in Krakow, Poland.
Key duties will include:
- Manage a base of existing accounts and win new business from the clients
- Establish and win business from new customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Plan sales strategies, cooperate with marketing and regional sales teams
- Further duties as required

To be considered for this position, you must be fluent in English and Norwegian and have a background in sales, with proven success in this field. You will be an excellent communicator and negotiator across all levels, with self-motivation, drive and ambition.
