Bilingual Inbound Agent (Swiss German & English)

Our client, a large, global business with a market-leading position in their field, is currently seeking multiple multilingual Agents with fluency in English as well as Swiss German.
The successful candidate will be joining newly established shared service centre based in Krakow, Poland.
Key duties will include:
- Taking inbound customer calls and dealing with general and order-related enquiries
- Maximising sales opportunities by up- and cross-selling, as well as suggesting substitutes and current campaigns
- Recording and updating customer information
- Liaising with internal departments
- Limited amount of outbound calling to follow upon campaigns

To be considered for this position, you must be fluent in English and Swiss German. You must have experience of working in a contact centre or similar environment; a professional telephone manner, excellent communication skills and good MS Office skills. You will be self-motivated, able to work to targets and to build strong customer relationships.
