
This London based organisation is looking to recruit a Fundraising and Grants Manager, to work closely with the Head of Social Impact.
The role of the Social Impact team is to understand our residents, developing customer relationships and mapping the customer journey and to use customer insights to develop new innovative services and products. The Fundraising and Grants manager will be a key member of the team and will be responsible for Securing additional revenue to support viridian's Social Impact work and Managing and monitoring community grants for residents.
Duties include:
To manage the administration of the grants scheme
To promote the grants scheme to residents and ensure high levels of take up from all groups
To develop and deliver a fundraising strategy
To identify and secure new streams of revenue
Provide support and consultancy for colleagues to support funding applications for community and social impacts projects
Ensure compliancy with any grant conditions and targets
Candidates applying will be educated to degree level or have the relevant experience. Strong financial/budget management is required together with a proven track record of securing funding streams from grants/bid applications. Experience of identifying new revenue streams is and experience of working with communities and individuals from diverse backgrounds is essential. Experience of grant giving, administrating and monitoring is also required. Social marketing experience would be desirable.
