
This London based charity is looking to recruit an Analyst (digital specialism) to work closely with the Senior Insight Manager. This role will involve providing analysis and insight on the charity's supporters for fundraising, volunteering and communications in order to drive business decision making and planning.
The Analyst will contribute to developing and embedding a supporter-centric approach through supporting the delivery of supporter journey's and ultimately an integrated approach to lifetime value, a CRM strategy.
Duties will include:
Contribute to the development and ongoing embedding of a customer segmentation model
Contribute to the development of a supporter communication
Provide market insight for existing and new fundraising and volunteering programmes
Provide market insight for communications developments
Measure, monitor, collect, analyse and interpret internal and external data to report on digital findings
Evaluate specific projects, products and campaigns.
Liaise with the digital development team and the marketing team
Perform acceptance testing of web analytics software and services
Candidates applying will be educated to degree level or have the equivalent in experience. Significant understanding of the delivery of online communications and proven skills of analysing of current trends and approaches is required. Excellent knowledge of insight tools including web analytics and technical understanding of internet technologies such as HTML and JavaScript is essential. Experience analysing figures, recognising trends and making recommendations based on data is also required.
