Responsibilities encompassed in this position include:
*Installing and servicing equipment and software at client locations based mainly in Paris but also throughout France
*Arranging delivery of equipment and participating in administration transactions
*You will also be required to provide on-call and out of hours cover for customer sites as well as support for internal departments.
Candidate profile:
For this role you must be an excellent communicator with significant professional experience in a 1st or 2nd line support role. You must have a desire to learn more and develop new technical skills within the company. You must be a flexible person, with a can-do, hands-on attitude, someone who is pro-active and goes beyond specified duties to provide outstanding support to clients.
Qualifications
For this role you will be expected to have experience with:
*Windows 2000/XP
*Professional exposure to Routers,TCP/IP, LAN and WAN technologies is also essential
*Developed understanding of analogue and digital circuits
*Superior communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English
*Ability to multitask
*Experience in a customer service background with an ability to solve customer problems via phone or on customer site visits.
*Due to the nature of the role, which involves travel to client locations, you will be required to have a current drivers license.
