This world-famous London Agency, who has a presence in all areas of Digital Branding, Marketing and Advertising, is looking to recruit a hard-working and efficient assistant to their Office Manager. An extremely involved and hands-on role, which will include, among other duties:
- Taking responsibility for maintaining the Front of House workspace
- Ensuring visitors are greeted and welcomed warmly
- Managing and booking meeting rooms
- Assisting with setting up workstations
- Ensuring all provisions are in place for meetings
- Ordering all internal catering for staff
- Booking all couriers and taxis
- Organising and ensuring delivery of staff treats
- Ordering and ensuring ready availability of all stationery
- Ensuring all security procedures are adhered to
- Assist with preparing and organising company events/away days
- Raising POs for all facilities activity
- Ad hoc cover when required
Successful candidates must be proficient in email and calendar systems, as well as computer literacy on all levels. As this is a varied and diverse role, you must be able to prioritise and multi-task inside this very fast and ever-changing working environment, while remaining courteous and reliable in all situations.
