This top 50 UK Ad Agency, with an amazing client list, who focus on Healthcare, based in stunning offices, are looking for a talented and resourceful HR Administrator to join their successful and creative team. Duties for this diverse and challenging role will involve, amongst other things:
- Act as first point of call for all HR queries
- Provide advice to management on HR policies and procedures
- Ensure agency complies with all applicable laws and HR best practice
- Maintain existing HR system and train new employees on how to use it
- Preparing new starter contracts
- Support in the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
- Manage recruitment admin process
- Deal with online advertising
- Build relationships with agencies
- Book training courses for employees
- Responsibility for employee benefits information
- Ad hoc support as and when required
To be considered a Foundation CIPD certificate is required, as well as the ability to work autonomously without a HR structure in place. Previous experience of working within HR in a fast-paced environment is hugely beneficial, as is working knowledge of employment law.
