Personal Assistant - to £28000 - Large Corporate Head Office
Ensures all aspects of diary management and day to day activities are managed. Dealing with queries, emails and actions on any correspondance as required. Preparation and excution of travel arrangements, organising exhibitions and Trade Shows.
Excellent commuication and interpersonal skills. Must have previous experience at Senior Director level. Commercially astute, highly motivated and organised. Ability to analyse data and relate it to Sales, Marketing and Suppliers. Abilty to maintain confidentiality with a high level of discretion.
