The prime responsibility of the role is to ensure that all data is accurately maintained. Will require close attention to detail, a clear sense of responsibility and accuracy.
Monitor and ammend new entries onto CRM System
Maintain Customer registration database
Liaise with salesforce to obtain any updates which need ammending
Action weekly reports to highlight any data discrepancies
Applicants will need to have good computer skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Must be organised with the ability to work to deadlines. Ideally with a Business Studies related qualification.
