A leading rental management software house is looking for a Fluent French speaker to solve technical issues by phone and by email to its UK and French customer base.
Skills required
You should have a good phone manner and enjoy dealing with customer and problem solving.
Excellent knowledge of Windows and a good understanding of SQL.
Previous experience supporting software.
Any knowledge of ERP is useful but not essential.
Fluent French both written and spoken, any knowledge of Swedish is a bonus.
