We have an unmissable opportunity for a highly motivated and initiative driven Customer Service professional to join their busy team on a permanent basis.
As well as providing phone based and email support to customers regarding general queries, and technical troubleshooting advice where appropriate, you will also act as a web moderator, monitoring incoming user-generated content and resolving any escalated issues, as well as reporting feedback in order to communicate user needs to your team.
What we're looking for:
*A proven track record in phone based Customer Service, answering queries and resolving issues
*Previous experience within Web Moderation
*A technical background would be highly advantageous
*Social media and IT literate
*Exceptional written and spoke communication skills
*A proactive and adaptable approach to your workload
*The ability to work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team
