Key Account Manager/Field Sales Executive - Poland

Salary: Up to € 22,000 per annum + bonus + car allowance + benefits

Our client, a large, global business with a market-leading position in their field, is currently seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with fluency in English and Polish to cover the South-eastern region of Poland. The successful candidate will be home-based in Southeast Poland (ideally in or around Krakow, though there is some flexibility), whilst also travelling extensively as part of the role.
Key duties will include:
- Develop sales potential within the region by actively seeking and winning new business
- Nurturing and developing relationships and sales potential with existing customers
- Driving long term growth and profitability
- Dealing with enquiries
- Price negotiation
- Build long-term relationships with internal and external contacts

To be considered for this position, you must be fluent in English and Polish and have experience in a similar role. You must have strong negotiation and influencing skills, with experience in the business sales and electronics sector or related industries. You will be self-motivated, results-driven and have strong communicating and prioritising skills.
