Our client, a highly regarded public sector agency, is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to join their team on an ongoing contract.
You will design, organise and deliver a variety of learning and development solutions, as well as project managing their implementation. Furthermore, you will evaluate those processes already in place, and identify areas for improvement and possible solutions.
What we're looking for:
*Proven track record as a Learning & Development Advisor
*Experience gained within the Public Sector would be ideal but is not essential
*CIPD qualification would be preferred
*Excellent communication skills
*The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships
*An individual who can prioritise workload and work effectively both on their own initiative and as part of a team
