Exciting NEW OPPORTUNITY- - City based International bank is seeking to recruit a DUTCH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR to join their Customer Services Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing a wide variety of banking administration duties (Nostro Reconciliations, Audit, Payments, KYC) whilst liaising with the Bank’s customers in regards to queries and requests. Duties to include; processing of outward payments by CHAPS, BACS and SWIFT, maintenance and investigation of daily Nostro reconciliations, processing KYC reviews, running & logging audit reports, the setup of customer facilities (Credit Cards, Payments), and cheque Processing. To apply for this position, candidates must have FLUENT DUTCH OR FLEMISH language skills (written & verbal) and will possess outstanding communication skills. Any previous administration experience within a Banking or Financial Services environment would be EXTREMELY ADVANTAGEOUS.
