This Cambridge based charity is looking to recruit a Fundraising Manager - Community & Corporate for approximately 1 year fixed term maternity cover. This is to work closely with the Director of Development.

The Fundraising Manager will develop and implement the charity's community and corporate fundraising strategy to increase income within these streams. They will manage charity's corporate and community fundraising functions, seeking opportunities for onward growth and ensuring a high level of supporter care is consistently delivered.

Duties will include:
Develop and implement the charity's community fundraising strategy
Manage community and corporate fundraising targets
Develop and oversee a community fundraising events strategy for charity
Manage corporate prospecting for the charity
Present and pitch to corporate prospects, managing high-level meetings where relevant.
Ensure high-quality management of existing corporate supporter relationships to maximise income.

Candidates applying will be education to degree level or have the equivalent in experience. You will have extensive experience of Community / Corporate Fundraising together with line management experience, preferably distance management. Flexibility and willingness to travel is required together with a proven track record in successful fundraising.
