PAB Appointments are the UK’s most established and highly regarded Recruitment to Recruitment firm and have a combined directorial experience of over 40 years with the founder coming from a Director position with one of the largest recruitment organisations in the world. We specialise in placing high level graduates and senior recruitment professionals in Recruitment, Headhunting and Executive Search positions across the UK as well as Dubai, Singapore, Australia and the USA.
You will start your career as a resourcer where you will be assigned to a Senior Consultant. You will be tasked with sourcing the most suitable candidates for a multitude of hiring requirements across the recruitment sector. This will require you to use a variety of methods including placing job adverts on job boards, headhunting specific candidates for niche roles, networking using Linkedin and Facebook as well as using the company’s substantial database. Once you have hit your resourcing targets you will be introduced to the client side of the business and your role changes to a Junior Consultant.
We are on the preferred supply list (PSL) of more firms than any other company in our sector; therefore there is NO COLD CALLING involved. Your job once you work client side will be to build strong business relationships with Internal Recruiters and Hiring Managers and servicing there hiring needs rather than having to constantly win new business as is the case in the majority of recruitment firms.
You will be paid £200 per placement that you help resource for; typically you will make between 4 and 8 placements per month (that’s £800 - £1600 commission per month on top of your basic salary). Once you are a Junior Consultant you will be on an uncapped commission structure that rewards you the more placements you make per month.
A successful candidate will have the following:
· 2:1 Degree from a top 20 University
· 6 months+ commercial sales experience
· Excellent communication skills
