Joining as a QA Manager / Test Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of 20-25 test engineers; planning and executing test schedules; training and staff development; collaborating with arts and development teams and much more. Expect a senior role managing all QA testing for a high profile, world record breaking MMO.
In short, it will be your expert testing experience that ensures all projects are released to the highest standard delivering bug free gaming experiences to users.
To qualify... We are seeking a Senior Software Tester / QA Manager / Test Manager or similar who can demonstrate:
- Considerable experience leading or managing an established team of testers.
- Experience of the development life cycle.
- A strong background in video game quality assurance.
- Superb written and verbal skills.
- Solid project management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of business priorities.
- Ability to use JIRA defect tracking software.
- An adaptable approach with capabilities of working within a high-pressure environment.
Any prior experience of Scrum, Agile, Waterfall development and test methodologies is advantageous, as is any exposure to online gaming test development.
