Joining an established BPM and software engineering company that specialises in providing the world of F1 and motorsport with software implementation services, you will join a dynamic team developing high performance engineering, production and trackside systems in C# / .NET on a contract basis.
Expect a diverse and interesting environment working on projects that range from the development of high performance engineering and production systems, car configuration and simulation systems to the development of performance data analysis used by engineers during race and test events. Collaborating with the Scrum team the C# .NET Software Developer will play a key role in the specification, design, development and maintenance of F1 applications.
To qualify... You should be the type of C# .NET Software Engineer / Software Developer who is totally at home building bespoke applications for highly technical users; developing user friendly graphical interfaces and creating composite applications using the latest Microsoft technologies. Your CV should also highlight the following:
- Developing Windows applications;
- C#/.NET 4/Visual Studio 2010;
- WCF and Web Services;
- WinForms;
- Stored procedures;
- ADO.Net;
- SQL Server 2005/2008/T-SQL;
- Unit Testing and continuous integration;
- Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum team;
- Software development experience in an enterprise environment.
Any exposure to C/C++ or knowledge of Engineering/Automotive/Motorsport (or a strong desire to work in this domain) is advantageous.
