EXCITING OPPORTUNITY has arisen at a Leading Global Trading House based in Central London who are seeking to recruit a COMPLIANCE SURVEILLANCE MANAGER with a strong knowledge of Commodities. The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the compliance team (5 staff) and for the ongoing review of company processes and procedures with a particular focus on the development of new surveillance methodologies. Duties will include; the production, maintenance and management of a Monitoring programme, liaising with various parties both within the business and externally; providing advice when required and carrying out preliminary investigations of conduct. To apply for this position candidates will have gained experience of COMPLIANCE SURVEILLANCE MONITORING in a fast paced and constantly changing environment. Candidates with a particular focus on the oil markets specifically CRUDE oil would be at an extreme advantage.
