Are you a versatile individual with proven Office Management experience, who thrives in a fast paced environment?

This is a rare opportunity for an initative driven Office Manager to join the UK team of this financial software provider on a permanent basis.
As well as supporting the London team with global travel arrangements and liaising with offices worldwide, you will also ensure the office runs smoothly by taking responsibility for all office suppliers and utilities, finance support and employee administration as well as acting as the first point of contact for I.T. queries.
Furthermore, you will act as HR support for the London office, taking responsibility for both the end to end recruitment process and talent acquisition strategy
What we're looking for:
*Previous Office Management experience, with a proven track record in HR support
*Fluency in French would be ideal but is not essential
*Superb communication and organisational skills
*A team player who can also work on their own initiative, balancing multiple priorities in order to meet deadlines
*Adaptable approach to your workload
*Commitment to excellent quality and customer service
*Proficient in MS Office Suite
