SkyBlue are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance M&E CAD Technician in the Portsmouth area. Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in the F&M/building services/M&E sector.
You will be working on an active site with a public facing role. You will be producing new schematic and services drawings for the existing site. Large amounts of original and schematic drawings for site exist but you will be required to locate hot and cold water services, update and create new drawings for the next section of works.
Hourly rate £18 - £21.00 Per Hour
37.5 hours per week, but site can be flexible with working hours.
