The main duties of the role will involve the recruitment, registration and selection of temporary workers to rail industries.
With excellent organisational skills and problem solving abilities you will be trained in SkyBlue processes allowing you to effectively deal with client requirements and source suitable associates for those requirements. You must be an effective communicator, be able to process information quickly before taking a course of action and be a team player. All applicants must have a driving licence as you will be expected to work from Glasgow office as well as site compounds across Scotland. At times you will have face to face contact with clients/temporary workers to resolve issues in a timely manner. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with the client, the temporary workers, other site staff and colleagues from the local and other branches.
Ideally you will be from a recruitment background having already worked as a recruitment resourcer or as a senior administrator looking to take that next step in your career. You must be able to clearly demonstrate a determination and drive along with other qualities that will mark you as someone that SkyBlue can rely on to effectively assist in the growth of our business.
