Students: start thinking about your future now. i, the concise, quality newspaper, is on the lookout for self-motivated, energetic and organised Student Brand Ambassadors, across selected UK university campuses (see below for full list of universities).
This is your chance to come and work for an innovative national newspaper and create excitement and awareness about our brand across your campus and amongst your fellow students. We want you to be our eyes and ears on campus, managing a range of tasks, from sampling and coordinating retail activity through to bespoke promotions. You will have the support and guidance of our regional Sales & Marketing Managers and you will report into our Marketing Executive. This is a really exciting opportunity for undergraduates interested in careers in media, marketing or newspapers, and who are keen to start accruing their marketing experience early.
We are looking for undergraduates who are enthusiastic, self-starting individuals with a passion for our brand and the world of newspapers. You must work well independently, yet be able to speak to a variety of people, including your fellow students and local retailers. You will need to be very well organised, balancing a flexible schedule of work with your academic commitments.
Be 2nd year undergraduates, not course specific but who are interested in a career in media, marketing or newspapers
- Be able to work during term time
- Have access to a computer with high-speed internet access
- Be social media savvy
- Have a smartphone, preferably with a camera
- Be eligible to work in the UK
