To carry out full pensions administration duties
Administer all aspects of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension administration, including standard DB and DC calculations; deferred leavers, retirements, transfers-in, transfers out, DC contribution loads and reconcilling investment allocations and quarterly lifestyle switches whilst working accurately and to strict timescales.
Maintain and update the procedural notes and administration manual.
Liaise with the local HR departments and the HR Service Centre (payroll).
Provide an efficient and professional service to meet all members' needs. This will include member one-to-one's and telephone and written enquiries.
Applicants will have previous Pension Scheme administration experience and be computer literate with good working knowledge of Word and Excel. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and work well within a team. The role requires good organisation, the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines with good attention to detail.
