Joining as a Digital Business Consultant you will work with big name clients (often at board level), helping them to push their businesses forward. This could mean developing business cases, managing discovery phases and ideas labs, running strategy events and workshops and everything else necessary to produce tangible and actionable strategies for clients for clients.
With engagements that range from 2 days to 9 months it will be your role to get under the skin of client objectives, formulating, orchestrating and delivering the best ideas, strategies and advice possible. As a hands-on role expect to work extremely closely with clients participating directly in the development of specific products and services.
To qualify... You should be able to combine strategic thinking, business acumen, creative ideas and a natural ability to connect with people. Whether you call yourself a Consultant, Producer, Strategist, Programme Manager, Scrum Master or similar it doesn’t really matter, you just need to be able to show...
- The ability to work with creative, technical and business teams to deliver complex projects.
- A great attitude combined with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- A natural ability to manage and meet client expectations effectively.
- A can do attitude where ‘no’ is never an option.
- A love for making things and a passion for bringing ideas to life.
- Exposure to consumer businesses like media, financial services and retail.
- Previous experience gained within an agency or consultancy environment.
