Duties;
- Work with Sales Director, Sales Manager, Communications Manager and external marketing agencies to execute graphics required for sales campaigns and marketing resources
- Provide graphics support for branding of all corporate elements and enforce corporate brand standards across the company and externally
- Design marketing and sales materials for print or online to support Sales initiatives and vendor partners
- Develop and maintain all website resources including web security
- Proactively drive quality of web resources, enhancing website tools and taking ownership of web functionality
- Assist in any tender and presentation completion and presentation
- Monitor sales campaign schedule to ensure all web resources are up to date to meet campaign deadlines
- Provide graphics support for bids and tenders
- To liaise with technical support as necessary to maintain website and complete campaigns/projects
- Support any corporate projects requiring graphics and branding
- Provide weekly status updates on sales and marketing initiatives
The ideal candidate will be efficient, organised and accurate, with the ability to work to high standards and meet tight deadlines. Proven design and artwork portfolio knowledge of Adobe CS5 software, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Ability to format/ready for pre-press or print/digital. Good knowledge of design and typographical principles and be able to follow brand guidelines. Web experience with knowledge of HTML, XHTML, PHP. Degree level or equivalent in graphic design/artwork
