Joining as a Head of Client Services you will report into the senior management team with full responsibility for the smooth delivering of projects within the agency. As a senior role you will play an integral part in ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget whilst ensuring complete ownership of the studio schedule, project management processes and some senior clients.
Leading the project delivery line the Head of Client Services will work closely with 2 Account Executives and the 2Directors in order to drive profitability, effectiveness and client satisfaction within the agency. In short it will be your input that helps deliver a highly productive, profitable and efficient agency.
To qualify... Joining from a Head of Client Services, Senior Account Management, Digital Project Management role or similar you should be capable of demonstrating:
- Expertise in marketing and/or digital project management.
- An in-depth knowledge of agency processes and how an agency works.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Basecamp etc.
- Previous agency experience.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- First class communication skills.
- The ability to build good relationships internally and externally.
- Consistent, positive and empowering management skills.
