Sales Consultant/ Business Development
Location: Nationwide - Oxford, Birmingham, Cambridge
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus Commission OTE 50-60K (uncapped) & package (car, laptop, pension)

The Company:
The Green Recruitment Company is representing a growing renewable energy design and installation contractor. They are offering a great opportunity to join a well-established team with a strong reputation and excellent profile of large projects around the UK. You will be part of the Energy Consultancy team, and be reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
• Presenting products to both homeowners, and external companies
• Business development duties, including meeting sales targets.
• Identifying and networking into new clients and organisations, and creating new business contacts.
• Developing and closing your own sales pipeline against targets.
• Team management, training duties, and team motivation.
The Person:
The successful candidate will have/be:-
• Proven track record selling into the commercial/residential PV/Heat Pumps/Bio Mass marketplace.
• Knowledge of renewable energy incentives and schemes.
• General understanding of the green sector.
• A full understanding of electrical generation products, heating systems and building fabrics.
• A proven track record in residential/commercial renewable energy technical sales.
• A self-start, can do attitude and willing to go the extra mile.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Honest and ethical consultative approach to sales and business development.
• A full valid UK driving License
• A degree related to the green sector would be advantageous but not necessarily essential.
